The ‘Operator’ means Raftabout and any other party contracted by Raftabout.

1. See our website, Raftabout Brochure or Adventure Package Deal Brochure for prices, ages and other info.
2. A minimum physical size is required for rafting and sledging. The minimum age for rafting is 13 years (with some exceptions) and for sledging is 15 years, however we reserve the right to refuse to raft older children should we consider their build to be too slight.
3. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Refunds of payments other than deposits are entirely at the discretion of the Operator and if granted will always be paid net of all expenses incurred. A minimum non-cancellation fee of $20.00pp for rafting and $40.00pp for sledging will be charged where up to 72 hours notice is not given. Cancellations must be made the day prior to your planned excursion.
4. After we have accepted deposits the price stated on your written confirmation will not change unless you change your booking or as a result of Government action.
5. The Operator reserves the absolute right to cancel or amend any service at any time for any reason and assume no liability whatsoever for any loss, additional cost or any other consequent result.
6. It is your responsibility to advise us in writing at the time of the booking of any medical condition or physical disability, which requires any special treatment or attention. The Operator reserves the right to decline your booking on the grounds that your safety could be compromised. No person presenting themselves for a rafting trip in an apparently intoxicated state or under the influence of drugs will be rafted nor will any refund be forthcoming.
7. By participating in any of the activities provided by the Operator you agree not to commence any litigation or proceedings in any country in relation to the risks and perils set out in ‘7′ above and indemnify the Operator from any such claims.
